Details: The Big Bend Apartments project included construction of plumbing and piping systems. Underground and above-ground systems, fixtures and related equipment for this 128-unit apartment project were phased in 42 units at a time and, at one point, all three phases were occurring simultaneously. This efficient, continuous-workflow approach prevented various trades from converging at a single point.
