Details: The Village at Park Terrace project, a 128-unit retirement home located in the Glenside Neighborhood of Muskegon, Michigan included complete plumbing systems installations. Reenders, Inc., of Grand Haven, Michigan. Familiarity with local codes involving non-standard fixtures for senior living centers helped keep this fast-track project on target for completion. While work was in process at that site, the project also included installation of plumbing and drainage systems valued at $655,000 in the Park Terrace Apartments, a 150-unit family apartment complex located adjacent to the Village at Park Terrace.
